Choate's Tactical stock for the Savage Axis has a full-length CNC machined aluminum bedding block molded into the stock for a solid mount. Improved stainless steel recoil lug which gives more contact with the slot in the bottom the receiver, which makes for less flex between the rifle and the stock. This stock has sling swivel studs on both sides and a 10.5 inch long slot for Harris bipod adapter under the forend. Bipod adapter is included.
